Louisville's Twisted Pink - Refuse To Lose Charity Tournament Wins Big

The Twisted Pink - Refuse To Lose charity tennis tournament was held this weekend at The Tennis Club at Springhurst. With hundreds in attendance, the evening starts with a Pro-Am event, followed by a silent auction and a live auction bidding on doubles teams for the main event. From collegiate All-American players to some recently off the tour, it’s a great few hours of tennis for a great cause inspired by cancer survivors who “Refuse To Lose.” The tournament’s co-founder David English and Twisted Pink founder, Caroline Johnson lead the event evening that helps raise over $40,000. Twisted Pink’s mission is to extend life and improve quality of life for late stage breast cancer patients and their families by funding metastatic (stage IV) breast cancer research. Congratulations to this year’s Pro-Am winner, Rally78’s own Jan Barrett and Rick Mount, and the tournament winner, Eric Quigley and Stephen Pobst.
